Bizrespect is not a guarantee that any listed business will provide a particular level of service, quality, safety, pricing, availability, customer satisfaction, professional result, legal result, medical result, financial result, insurance result, or business outcome.

Information on Bizrespect may come from public sources, business-submitted information, third-party platforms, internal review, advertising relationships, and other available sources. Visitors and businesses should independently verify information before making decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all website content, listings, ratings, links, profiles, recommendations, filters, labels, and platform features are provided for informational and discovery purposes only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

No absolute waiver beyond what law allows

Some rights, obligations, consumer protections, privacy rights, payment rules, or legal responsibilities cannot be waived by website terms. Where these terms attempt to limit responsibility, remedies, refunds, warranties, or liability, they apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Businesses may be listed without prior consent

Bizrespect may research, collect, curate, summarize, organize, display, index, and publish information about businesses that appear to qualify for the platform, even if the business has not directly applied, claimed a profile, paid for a profile, or given prior consent.

This may include publicly available or commercially available information such as business name, category, website, public contact paths, city, state, service area, public rating context, public source references, social/profile links, business descriptions, and other information reasonably related to business discovery.

Bizrespect may use public business information to create state pages, category pages, profile cards, search results, business profile pages, comparison paths, internal research records, and platform-quality controls.

Eligibility and discretion

No business has a guaranteed right to be listed, remain listed, receive a verified profile, receive featured placement, appear in any category, appear in any search result, or appear in any specific order.

Bizrespect may add, edit, decline, hide, remove, suspend, relabel, reclassify, merge, split, redirect, or limit any listing at any time for accuracy, completeness, safety, platform quality, legal, operational, reputation, user-experience, or business reasons.

A listing does not create a partnership, endorsement, agency relationship, certification, employment relationship, franchise relationship, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between Bizrespect and the business.

Removal requests

A business may request that its listing be corrected, limited, or removed by emailing info@bizrespect.com. The request should include the business name, listing URL, requester name, contact email, reason for the request, and enough information for Bizrespect to reasonably verify the request.

Bizrespect may require verification before editing or removing a listing. Bizrespect may preserve internal records, backups, transaction records, legal records, abuse-prevention records, analytics records, and other records when reasonably necessary or permitted by law.

Removal from Bizrespect does not guarantee removal from search engines, cached pages, archives, third-party websites, screenshots, public records, business databases, or platforms outside Bizrespect’s control.

Corrections and disputes over business data

Bizrespect may correct obvious errors and may consider reasonable correction requests, but Bizrespect is not required to publish every requested change, claim, description, image, link, category, service, credential, rating, or promotional statement.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit. If a business submits inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content, Bizrespect may edit, reject, remove, or preserve evidence of that content.

Listing information

Bizrespect may display business information from public sources, business-submitted sources, third-party sources, manual research, automated tools, and internal review. Information may include business name, category, city, state, service area, website, booking link, directions link, public source, checked year, public rating context, review count, specialties, hours, images, social links, and other business-discovery details.

Bizrespect may format, shorten, organize, summarize, categorize, standardize, or restructure business information to improve readability, user experience, mobile display, platform consistency, search routing, and conversion clarity.

Meaning of Verified Profile

A Verified Profile means that certain profile information, submitted details, ownership or representative details, or listing accuracy signals have been reviewed by Bizrespect. Verification may also indicate that the business has claimed, upgraded, paid for, or supplied additional profile information.

Verification does not mean that Bizrespect guarantees service quality, licensing, credentials, insurance, background checks, safety, pricing, availability, customer satisfaction, professional results, legal outcomes, medical outcomes, financial outcomes, insurance outcomes, or any other result.

Free, claimed, enhanced, featured, and paid listings

Bizrespect may offer free listings, claimed listings, verified profiles, enhanced profiles, featured placements, sponsored placements, advertising placements, and other paid or unpaid visibility options.

Payment may affect profile features, presentation, profile depth, contact paths, visibility, styling, placement opportunities, or whether a business is shown as verified, enhanced, featured, or sponsored. Payment does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, bookings, sales, customers, revenue, reviews, rating changes, review removal, reputation improvement, or any business outcome.

Business responsibility

Businesses are solely responsible for the services they provide, the claims they make, their prices, appointments, availability, licenses, insurance, credentials, offers, advertising claims, customer communications, customer outcomes, and legal or regulatory obligations.

If a business is in a regulated industry, it is solely responsible for maintaining and disclosing any required license, registration, professional status, insurance, permit, disclaimer, or legal qualification. Bizrespect does not verify regulated credentials unless expressly stated in writing.

Prohibited content and conduct

• False, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, spammy, unlawful, infringing, impersonating, or high-risk content.
• Fake reviews, review manipulation, fabricated ratings, undisclosed incentives, fake credentials, misleading awards, hidden material facts, or false source claims.
• Attempts to misuse Bizrespect, interfere with listings, scrape or overload the website, submit unauthorized profile claims, or misrepresent authority over a business.

Cancellation

A verified profile, enhanced profile, subscription, featured placement, sponsored placement, or other recurring paid visibility service may be canceled at any time through the available cancellation process or by contacting Bizrespect at info@bizrespect.com.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, cancellation stops future renewal billing after the current paid period or after processing is completed. Cancellation does not automatically remove a public free listing unless a removal request is separately submitted and approved under the removal process.

No refunds except where required by law

All enrollment fees, setup fees, verified profile fees, enhanced profile fees, featured placement fees, advertising fees, subscription fees, service fees, and other amounts paid to Bizrespect are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No refunds, credits, chargebacks, reversals, partial refunds, prorated refunds, goodwill refunds, service-period refunds, setup refunds, placement refunds, advertising refunds, or profile-fee refunds are owed because of cancellation, lack of results, lack of leads, lack of traffic, ranking changes, profile changes, design preference, delayed business response, third-party platform changes, business inactivity, failure to use the service, removal request, or dissatisfaction with business outcomes.

If applicable law requires a refund, charge reversal, billing adjustment, or consumer remedy that cannot be waived, Bizrespect will comply only to the extent required by law.

Billing authorization and payment processors

By purchasing or authorizing a paid profile or service, the buyer represents that they are authorized to act for the business and authorize charges. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other processors. Payment processors may have their own terms, policies, fraud rules, dispute procedures, and data practices.

Bizrespect may suspend, downgrade, hide, or remove paid profile features if payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, appears fraudulent, violates payment terms, or cannot be verified.

Public rating context can change

Ratings, review counts, review excerpts, source labels, and checked dates may come from public third-party sources, business-submitted sources, or other available references. Ratings and reviews can change at any time after they are checked.

Bizrespect does not guarantee that ratings are current, complete, representative, accurate, verified, or unchanged after the displayed source or checked year. Visitors should review the original source directly before making a decision.

No fake review activity

Bizrespect does not sell fake reviews, buy fake reviews, create fake customer testimonials, guarantee positive reviews, suppress legitimate negative customer experiences, or guarantee review removal.

Businesses may not submit fabricated ratings, fake testimonials, misleading review summaries, undisclosed incentivized reviews, manipulated review content, or content that misrepresents a customer experience.

Trust language limitations

Words such as verified, featured, trusted, reputable, reviewed, checked, public rating context, or similar terms are platform labels and informational signals. They are not guarantees of service quality, licensing, safety, pricing, availability, customer satisfaction, or results.

Paid relationships may affect presentation

Bizrespect may receive compensation for verified profiles, enhanced profiles, featured placements, sponsored placements, advertising packages, marketing services, website services, CRM/automation services, reputation services, consulting, and other business growth services.

Payment may affect profile design, profile completeness, styling, button options, position, visibility, featured labels, sponsored labels, profile depth, or whether a business appears in certain promotional areas.

Payment does not guarantee service quality, customer satisfaction, rankings, traffic, leads, calls, bookings, revenue, review changes, review removal, public rating changes, search engine results, or any other outcome.

Labels and disclosures

Bizrespect may use labels such as Verified Profile, Enhanced Profile, Featured, Sponsored, Paid Placement, Partner, Claimed Profile, or similar wording. These labels may indicate profile review, business-submitted information, paid participation, enhanced presentation, or advertising status.

If a placement is paid or materially influenced by compensation, Bizrespect aims to disclose that relationship in a way that is reasonably visible and understandable.

Ranking and display discretion

Bizrespect may organize businesses by state, city, category, relevance, search query, profile completeness, public source context, verified status, featured status, paid placement, manual priority, technical factors, user experience, freshness, internal standards, and other factors. Ranking logic may change at any time.

Information we may collect

• Information submitted through forms, profile claims, listing applications, checkout, email, calls, messages, scheduling tools, surveys, or service requests.
• Business listing information, including public or business-submitted business names, locations, categories, websites, contact paths, hours, descriptions, social links, public rating context, source labels, and profile details.
• Website and device information, including IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring source, approximate location, session activity, analytics data, cookie data, and conversion activity.
• Location-related information, including approximate IP-based location and, if a visitor gives browser permission, more precise location data used to support “near me” or local discovery features.
• Payment-related information processed by third-party payment providers, such as transaction status, billing records, subscription status, payment confirmations, and processor-provided identifiers.

How we may use information

Bizrespect may use information to operate the website, create listings, review eligibility, display business profiles, verify profile details, process removal/correction requests, provide paid profiles, process payments, respond to inquiries, improve search and discovery, personalize state/category experiences, monitor performance, prevent abuse, run advertising, provide business services, comply with legal obligations, and protect Bizrespect, users, and businesses.

Public business profiles

Business profile information may be publicly displayed, indexed by search engines, linked from state/category pages, shared through profile URLs, and visible to website visitors. Businesses should not submit private personal information that they do not want displayed publicly.

How information may be shared

Bizrespect may share information with service providers, website platforms, hosting providers, analytics providers, CRM systems, email systems, payment processors, advertising platforms, security providers, contractors, advisors, professional partners, legal authorities when required, and tools needed to operate or improve the platform.

Bizrespect may also display public business information to visitors because the purpose of the platform is to help people discover and contact businesses.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools

Bizrespect may use cookies, pixels, scripts, analytics tools, session storage, tracking technologies, or similar technologies to operate the website, measure performance, improve user experience, detect abuse, understand traffic, support advertising, and improve conversion paths. Visitors may control certain cookies or permissions through browser or device settings.

Privacy rights and requests

Depending on applicable law and the requester’s location, visitors or businesses may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of certain data uses, or other privacy choices. Bizrespect may deny, limit, or modify requests when permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, public information, internal records, abuse prevention, or other legitimate reasons.

Security and retention

Bizrespect uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no website, storage system, or transmission method is guaranteed to be 100% secure. Information may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, operational, security, billing, dispute, and recordkeeping purposes.

Not a law firm, public adjuster, broker, accountant, or medical provider

Bizrespect is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Bizrespect is not a public adjusting firm, accounting firm, medical provider, insurance broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, trustee, or fiduciary unless a specific service is expressly provided through an appropriately licensed professional or partner.

When legal, tax, medical, insurance, fiduciary, investment, or other regulated guidance is needed, visitors and businesses should consult appropriately licensed professionals. Bizrespect may help organize business-side information or coordinate with professionals when appropriate, but that support is not a substitute for regulated professional advice.

No emergency or crisis guarantee

Bizrespect may provide crisis response support, reputation support, communication support, operational organization, or business recovery support. These services do not guarantee prevention of harm, resolution of disputes, legal outcomes, insurance outcomes, financial recovery, reputation repair, review removal, or business continuity.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizrespect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, ranking, traffic, leads, revenue, business performance, listing placement, review results, or customer outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizrespect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, reputational, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, lost-opportunity, business-interruption, third-party, platform, search-engine, advertising-platform, payment-processor, or customer-related damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizrespect’s total liability for any claim related to the website, listing, paid profile, advertising, service, or platform use will not exceed the amount paid by the claimant to Bizrespect for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if no amount was paid.

Third-party platforms and links

Bizrespect may link to or display information from third-party websites, Google, Google Maps, Google Business Profiles, booking systems, social platforms, business websites, payment processors, analytics providers, or other tools. Bizrespect is not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, errors, outages, data practices, reviews, ratings, or changes.

Indemnification by businesses and submitters

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any business, representative, advertiser, submitter, profile claimant, or purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Bizrespect harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, fees, costs, chargebacks, disputes, regulatory issues, third-party claims, or expenses arising from submitted information, unauthorized submissions, business services, customer disputes, advertising claims, intellectual property issues, inaccurate content, unlawful conduct, or violation of these terms.

Dispute process

Before filing any formal claim, a claimant agrees to contact Bizrespect at info@bizrespect.com with a written description of the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter informally. Additional dispute terms, venue provisions, arbitration requirements, class-action waivers, or limitation periods may apply where separately posted, agreed, or permitted by law.

Changes to this page

Bizrespect may update this Trust & Transparency page at any time. Updates are effective when posted unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of Bizrespect, continued listing participation, continued profile use, or continued paid services after changes are posted means the updated terms apply to future use and participation.
