Bizrespect operates as both a consumer business-discovery platform and a business growth firm. We research, organize, and present business information to help visitors make more informed decisions, while offering optional paid products and services to business owners.

We promise process commitments rather than impossible guarantees: clear sources where available, visible dates where available, labeled paid placement, documented correction paths, honest limitations, and reasonable review of submitted information.

The Trust & Transparency page is a plain-language disclosure layer. The Terms of Use, service-specific terms, signed order forms, checkout consent, and Privacy Policy remain the controlling contractual or legal documents where applicable.

No website policy can eliminate every claim, waive non-waivable rights, or excuse fraud, intentional misconduct, unauthorized charges, statutory violations, or duties that applicable law does not permit a party to waive. Limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Complete Listing Standards

ELIGIBILITY — Bizrespect may research, curate, and publish a business listing from publicly available sources without first obtaining the business’s approval. A listing must represent a legitimate business, use accurate public-facing information, and fit the relevant state, city, market, and category experience.

PUBLICATION TARGET — The current default publication target is a public rating of 4.3 or higher with at least 13 public reviews. Bizrespect may apply reasonable discretion based on category, source, market, recency, completeness, pilots, source reliability, public-interest considerations, and exceptional circumstances.

INFORMATION REVIEW — Bizrespect may review business identity, operating status, business name, category, city, state, address or service area, website, phone number, contact paths, public reputation signals, source information, and other available records before publishing or updating a listing.

FREE LISTINGS — Eligible businesses may request a free listing. A free listing may include a basic presence in relevant state and category experiences, public rating context when available, a source and date when available, and core contact information. Free eligibility is independent of whether a business buys any Bizrespect product or service.

VERIFIED PROFILES — A Verified Profile may provide richer information, a dedicated profile page, additional contact options, media, stronger presentation, and greater visibility where applicable. Verification means Bizrespect reviewed selected submitted information or authority where supplied. It does not mean certified, licensed, background checked, endorsed, guaranteed, or approved for every purpose.

FEATURED OR SPONSORED PLACEMENT — Some businesses may purchase or receive featured placement. Paid placement may affect visibility or order only when clearly labeled. Payment does not change ratings, review counts, source information, or the underlying eligibility standard.

RANKING AND DISPLAY — Bizrespect may consider relevance, location, category, completeness, public rating and review context, source recency, verified status, availability, and clearly disclosed featured placement. Display order may change as information, location, products, or platform logic changes.

MODERATION — Bizrespect may decline, edit, pause, hide, merge, relabel, restrict, or remove listings that are materially inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, ineligible, impersonating another business, exposing sensitive information, or inconsistent with platform standards.

BUSINESS-PROVIDED CONTENT — A business submitting photos, logos, descriptions, claims, links, or other materials represents that it has the authority and rights needed to provide them. Bizrespect may request proof, edit for clarity, refuse publication, or remove content that creates legal, safety, accuracy, privacy, or quality concerns.

CORRECTIONS AND REMOVALS — Owners, authorized representatives, consumers, and other affected people may submit corrections, duplicate reports, closure reports, privacy concerns, and removal requests for review at /request-a-correction-or-removal. A request is evidence for review and does not automatically control the listing.

NO ENDORSEMENT OR GUARANTEE — A listing, Verified badge, label, category, rank, recommendation, inclusion, or featured placement is not an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee of service quality, safety, licensing, suitability, availability, customer satisfaction, ranking, leads, sales, or outcomes.

Complete Ratings & Review Policy

SOURCES — Ratings, review counts, excerpts, and related reputation information may come from identified third-party platforms or other public sources. Bizrespect does not claim ownership of third-party ratings or reviews and does not control the policies or availability of those sources.

DATE AND FRESHNESS — Public ratings and review counts can change. When practical, Bizrespect displays the source and the date the information was checked. Information may be rechecked on a schedule, after a report, or when Bizrespect otherwise reviews the listing.

DISPLAY — Bizrespect may display a rating score, review count, source, date checked, verified status, and clearly labeled featured status. If a rating, review count, source, or date is unavailable, Bizrespect should not invent or imply it.

ROUNDING AND FORMATTING — Ratings may be rounded or formatted for display. Review totals may be formatted with separators or abbreviations. Display formatting does not change the underlying source information.

REVIEW INTEGRITY — Bizrespect does not create, buy, fabricate, condition, gate, suppress, or promise to remove reviews. Businesses cannot pay Bizrespect to alter public ratings, remove unfavorable public reviews, or receive favorable review treatment.

INCENTIVES — Bizrespect does not permit incentives that are conditioned on a positive rating or favorable review. Businesses remain responsible for following the review and incentive rules of the originating platform and applicable law.

EXCERPTS AND HIGHLIGHTS — A Verified Profile may display selected excerpts, highlights, or summaries where permitted. Excerpts should be attributed, accurately represented, and not edited in a misleading way. A highlighted review is not a Bizrespect endorsement.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY — Bizrespect may investigate reports of fake, manipulated, abusive, irrelevant, unlawful, impersonating, or misleading review activity. Because third-party reviews remain controlled by the source platform, Bizrespect may correct its own display, hide disputed material, or direct the requester to the originating source.

DISPUTES AND CORRECTIONS — A business or member of the public may request review of a displayed rating, source, date, count, excerpt, or related information. Bizrespect may request evidence and will make changes only when supported by available information and platform standards.

NO GUARANTEE — Ratings and reviews are opinions or third-party data points, not guarantees. Bizrespect does not guarantee that every review is accurate, that every customer will have the same experience, or that a business will provide any particular result.

Complete Advertising Disclosure

PAID PRODUCTS — Bizrespect may receive payment for Verified Profiles, featured or sponsored placement, advertising, marketing, website, systems, automation, reputation, consulting, or advisory services.

LABELING — A paid placement that affects visibility, position, emphasis, or presentation is labeled at or near the placement using clear language such as Featured, Sponsored, Promoted, or another accurate disclosure.

SEPARATION FROM RATINGS — Payment does not permit a business to buy a favorable rating, change a public review count, suppress negative reviews, fabricate reviews, misstate source information, or bypass the platform’s accuracy and eligibility standards.

EDITORIAL AND OPERATIONAL DISCRETION — Bizrespect retains discretion over listing eligibility, accuracy, safety, categories, corrections, removal, and platform presentation. Commercial terms do not require Bizrespect to publish false, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or ineligible information.

FEATURED PLACEMENT — Featured placement may affect visibility or ordering in relevant locations or categories. It does not mean the business is the best, safest, most qualified, licensed, suitable, or guaranteed to deliver a particular result.

AFFILIATE OR REFERRAL RELATIONSHIPS — Bizrespect may receive compensation, referral fees, commissions, or other value from selected relationships. Where a relationship could materially influence how an offer is presented, Bizrespect will provide a clear disclosure as required.

GROWTH SERVICES — Bizrespect may recommend or provide paid growth services. Those recommendations may create a commercial opportunity for Bizrespect, but they do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, customers, revenue, reputation recovery, review removal, or other outcomes.

THIRD-PARTY ADS AND LINKS — Third-party advertisers, platforms, and linked websites control their own content, products, privacy practices, availability, and terms. A link or advertisement is not an endorsement unless Bizrespect expressly states otherwise in writing.

SCOPE — This Privacy Policy applies to Bizrespect websites, forms, listings, profiles, communications, business-owner products, and related services that link to this policy. It does not control independent businesses, third-party websites, payment processors, or public review platforms.

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE — Bizrespect may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, roles, business contact information, listing details, profile content, correction or removal requests, privacy requests, uploaded evidence, communications, service inquiries, billing-related identifiers, consent records, and other information you choose to provide.

INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC SOURCES — Bizrespect may collect or organize business information from public websites, business directories, government records, review platforms, social profiles, maps, and other publicly available sources.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION — Bizrespect and its service providers may collect IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, error logs, and security or fraud-prevention signals.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED — Information may be used to operate and improve the website, create and maintain listings, process requests, verify authority, communicate, provide products and services, personalize or measure experiences, secure systems, prevent abuse, process payments through providers, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect rights and safety.

HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED — Bizrespect may share information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, forms, file storage, payment processing, security, customer support, and other operations; with professional advisors; in business transfers; when required by law; to protect rights or safety; or with your direction or consent.

NO SALE TO ADVERTISERS — Bizrespect does not sell personal information to advertisers. Bizrespect may use analytics, advertising, or measurement technologies as disclosed and subject to applicable rights and consent requirements.

PAYMENTS — Payment card information is handled by payment processors such as Stripe and is not intended to be stored directly by Bizrespect. Payment processors apply their own privacy and security terms.

RETENTION — Bizrespect retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and support legitimate business needs. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES — Bizrespect may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or change website features, listings, products, pricing, eligibility, presentation, and services. Bizrespect does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

USER RESPONSIBILITY — You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit, for obtaining necessary rights and permissions, for protecting credentials, for reviewing terms before purchase, and for evaluating businesses and services independently.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizrespect and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or losses arising from independent businesses, third-party content, or use of the platform. RECURRING BILLING — A recurring product such as a Verified Profile renews at the price and cadence disclosed at checkout until canceled. The customer must affirmatively authorize recurring billing. Taxes or approved additional charges may apply where disclosed.

CANCELLATION — Customers may cancel recurring products using the available cancellation method or by contacting Bizrespect. Cancellation generally stops future renewals and does not automatically reverse charges already processed. Access or benefits may continue through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

REFUNDS — Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees already paid are generally non-refundable once a billing period or service period begins. This does not limit rights concerning unauthorized, duplicate, erroneous, or legally refundable charges. Approved refunds, credits, or exceptions remain within Bizrespect’s reasonable discretion and applicable law.

SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS — Growth services, managed services, advertising, systems, projects, and custom engagements may be governed by a signed order form, scope, service-specific terms, or agreement that controls fees, deliverables, ownership, term, cancellation, and other negotiated terms.

INDEMNITY — To the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to the controlling Terms of Use or service agreement, a person or business may be responsible for claims arising from content they submit, infringement, unlawful conduct, misrepresentations, or violation of applicable terms.

GOVERNING TERMS — The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, service-specific terms, and signed agreements should be read together. If a signed agreement contains a specific negotiated term, that agreement controls to the extent stated in it.

AUTHORITY AND EVIDENCE — Routine corrections may be reviewed using public sources. Sensitive changes, ownership claims, removal requests, privacy requests, or legal concerns may require identity verification, proof of authority, business-domain evidence, public records, or other supporting documentation.

NO AUTOMATIC CONTROL — A submitted request is evidence for Bizrespect to review. It does not automatically change, transfer, suppress, or remove a listing. Bizrespect may approve, partially approve, deny, request more information, or take another action consistent with its standards.
