Founder story

A lifelong builder — business-minded, systems-minded, and wired to solve problems.

Business growth, systems, operations, reputation, and strategic advisory.

Maki Sayas was born in Germany to Iranian parents, an early experience that shaped his ability to think across cultures, observe people closely, and adapt quickly. Long before Bizrespect existed, he showed the same pattern that still defines his work today: curiosity, initiative, and a need to understand how things work from the inside out. In elementary school, he was already creating small opportunities to buy, sell, trade, and spot value where others saw ordinary items. At home, that same curiosity turned toward technology and mechanics. He would take apart the family computer, television, vacuum, and other household items — not recklessly, but because he wanted to understand the system behind the surface. In many cases, he put them back together better than before. That combination became the foundation of Bizrespect: business instinct, technical curiosity, operational patience, and the ability to diagnose the real issue underneath the visible problem.

Why owners trust Maki with growth, operations, and complex business decisions.

Maki’s professional path is unusually practical. He has founded and operated a consulting business, advised entrepreneurs and small-business owners, supported high-volume federal lending programs, managed sensitive documentation, worked across banking operations, and coordinated diverse stakeholders through time-sensitive processes. That background gives him a rare lens: he understands the front end of growth — visibility, leads, offers, websites, advertising, and conversion — but he also understands the back end of execution: workflow, documentation, follow-up, reporting, compliance awareness, and operational control. For Bizrespect clients, that means the conversation does not stop at getting more traffic. Maki looks at whether the business can capture the opportunity, follow up fast, convert trust into action, organize the process, protect its reputation, and make better decisions from cleaner information.

What shapes his approach

Maki is an operator who thinks in systems.

His background spans business ownership, consulting, federal lending programs, banking operations, customer experience, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, documentation review, and digital marketing. That is why Bizrespect is positioned as a business growth and systems firm — not a basic ad agency.

Diagnose before recommending

Maki looks for the real bottleneck first: visibility, conversion, follow-up, reputation, operations, offer clarity, or decision structure.

Move fast, but stay precise

He values urgency, but not sloppy execution. Strong businesses need both speed and clean systems behind the scenes.

Connect growth to operations

Marketing is only valuable when the business can capture, track, follow up with, and convert the demand being created.

Protect the trust being built

Reputation, communication, documentation, and customer experience are treated as part of growth — not separate from it.

A career built across entrepreneurship, operations, finance, and public-sector execution.
