Maki Sayas was born in Germany to Iranian parents, an early experience that shaped his ability to think across cultures, observe people closely, and adapt quickly. Long before Bizrespect existed, he showed the same pattern that still defines his work today: curiosity, initiative, and a need to understand how things work from the inside out. In elementary school, he was already creating small opportunities to buy, sell, trade, and spot value where others saw ordinary items. At home, that same curiosity turned toward technology and mechanics. He would take apart the family computer, television, vacuum, and other household items — not recklessly, but because he wanted to understand the system behind the surface. In many cases, he put them back together better than before. That combination became the foundation of Bizrespect: business instinct, technical curiosity, operational patience, and the ability to diagnose the real issue underneath the visible problem.
